Luc Osselaer* (1964) is Sole Director at Saffelberg Investments.  He is also the Founder of SCIO Productions and ACROSS Group. At ARINSO International, Luc lead the global Marketing & Communications effort and was in charge of Investor Relations. Before joining ARINSO, Luc was founder of eCOM Interactive and Ellips Communications and a managing partner at Porter Novelli, part of the premier global communications group, Omnicom.

He has advised many ICT and life sciences companies in Europe. Luc holds a degree in Roman Philology (RUG 1986) and a MBA from the Vlerick Management School (RUG 1987).
